Bussana

I went to Bussana which was destroyed by a massive earthquake almost 120 years ago. Though the city was abandoned after the incident, young and talented artists started cultivating their own artistic world in Bussana. The day when I visited the city, it was a beautiful day. Winter low sunlight shined on the sad history town but it was very delightful. I was wandering around the old stone made village the afternoon. I suddenly heard beautiful jazz music from somewhere around the corner. I was very fascinated by the music and the air of the village. Then the national heritage church, which was also destroyed by the arthquake but survived in some of its parts, suddenly came out in front of me...

何を思ったか…、パスタソース（フレッシュミニトマト、乾燥トマト、甘口赤ピーマンとアスパラガスのガーリックソース）と千切り大根の煮物を夕食のメニューにした私。 さすがに最初に生フェトチーネ＆自家製↑ソースのパスタ料理を出すと、千切り大根の煮物までは手がでなかた…。 日本でもイタリア料理の人気は高いけれど、さすがに両方を一緒に食するにはかなり無理がある…と思った。 きっと一昔前はそんな「ちゃんぽん」食でもよかったのかもしれないけれど、最近は年のせいか！？シンプル、単刀直入な組み合わせが良いと思うようになった。 最近は海外に住んでいても様々な日本食材が手に入る。この時期、市場やスーパーで大根も出回る。 寒くなって来ると「豚汁」だなぁ…と大根を見ると思う。 あ、今日は豚汁の予定だったのに…クリスマスショッピングに熱中しすぎて大根どころか、新鮮な豚肉すら買いにいかずじまい…。 今晩は白飯と千切り大根でひっそり夕食にしようと思う。
